The dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.


We welcome layaways and require one-third (1/3) down and a payment a month. Your jewelry will be shipped when the balance is paid in full. Please call us directly to make arrangements at 737-300-2686.

Return Policy

Within 10 business days of delivery, you may return items purchased from (applies to in-store purchases, also). Items need to be in new condition with original packaging and accessories, and have not been altered at the customer’s request. All returns are subject to a 5% processing fee. Delivery charges will not be refunded on customer returns.

Returning a gift?

If the item you’re returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you from, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

For items being sent to our Returns Department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, trackable mail. UPS, USPS, and other carriers that offer this service. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip, and send to:
